EO-derived HAB indicator for William H Harsha Lake using Sentinel 2

Description
The algorithm detects areas likely affected by harmful algae blooms formed by cyanobacteria containing phycocyanin pigments by analyzing spectral trends in the green-red wavelength bands as a proxy. HAB is a qualitative parameter ranging from 0 (no HAB) to 4 (HAB very likely).
