Description
Remotely sensed chlorophyll-a concentrations were re-formatted as time series data by averaging chlorophyll-a concentrations within a radius of 200 m around specific areas of interest (AOIs). Satellite-derived concentrations of chlorophyll-a can be accessed through https://zenodo.org/record/4582339
